#Stew On! #dinnertime literally the longest I’ve worked on a dish. Browning 2 1/2 pounds of stewing beef. Building up the #fond then caramelizing the onions and garlic in the same pan. Warm thru some tomato paste then deglaze with some great red wine. Toss it in a good size pot with potatoes,carrots and celery. Spice it up with two bay leafs, thyme and rosemary. Add in some beef stock, lid it set it on a medium flame and let it simmer for 3 hours.
